The Total London Experience
London. So large, so historic. A world class capital where however long your visit, it’s never enough. You want to experience the city in its entirety and not sure where to start. One could go to Hyde Park, Piccadilly Circus or Trafalgar Square and just people watch. This is a city with energy to spare. It’s at once frenetic and friendly. Enduring and unflappable. But there are just too many things to see.
That’s why there’s the Total London Experience. This full-day guided tour will take you to all of London’s major sites. You’ll get to watch the prestigious changing of the guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace and snap some great photos of Sir Christopher Wren’s St. Paul’s Cathedral, site of royal weddings and home of the whispering gallery. You’ll be taken to Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. Drive past Downing Street, where the British Prime Minister takes residence. Tour fashionable Covent Garden before taking flight on the London Eye. Did we mention the cruise on the Thames? Included.
You’ll travel on board a luxury, air-conditioned touring coach (complete with loo) and be picked up at select hotels or a stop near Victoria Station. The tour includes entrance to the Tower of London and the incredible Crown Jewels and an opportunity to be photographed and talk with Buckingham Palace guards. (They speak, the Beefeaters, not so much.)
A pub lunch is included, where you can talk to fellow travelers about this incredible “experience” and look over the photos you’ve taken on your digital camera – which you won’t want to forget back at the hotel.
This is the best way to get an overview of London’s centuries-old sights in just a day. We’re tired just typing this itinerary. But if a day’s all you got, this is the tour for you. Especially if you’re coming over from Paris on Eurostar and need to head back on the last train of the evening.
Come see London – in total. It’s the experience of a lifetime.
